zoetropeI went to a friend's birthday party today. She's got cancer, and while I've known for a while, it really only hit me as we said goodbye. It felt like the last time I was ever going to speak to her, even though I'm seeing her tomorrow. It was kinda heartbreaking.
Elsewhere, I've made a couch cover for the new flat, and covered the remaining cushion with the same fabric.
Please ignore the background, which is my Grandmother's house, hence not all that cool-looking. I feel it sucks cool points from the sofa *g*
Finally, I downloaded Walk Like an Egyptian today. That song rocks. Doo doo de dooo do dee doo de de de do doo de doo de doo. Ohh-ehh-oh. La la la la laaa la la la la.
