I have a very sore throat and am contemplating taking the day off work.

Have been having a very surreal few days. This included:

1. A close encounter with a fox that just was not paying attention.
2. An amusing moment with two Japanese tourists lost in SE1. Unfortunately the only English they knew were the words "Borough Market" and the only Japanese I know is "Where is the video?" (don't ask) so, while I tried to help them, I get the feeling they got even more lost after I left.
3. The guy I was in love with all through my last year of college IMing me after over a year to say he wanted to start up our twisted non-relationship again. Of course, he didn't phrase it quite like that. True to form, he took it back the next day.
4. A really hot Wes/Spike/Angelus dream in which Angelus kept drugging Wes and Spike and leaving them to make out with each other while he went about the business of being evil. Unfortunately, the dream included lots of close-ups of some combination of the trio making out. The things I suffer with... *sigh*

Should I call in sick? Would that be bad? My throat's really sore! And then I could work on
