Er, yeah, that's about the extent of my French. Well, that and "Sorry, I don't understand."
Anyway, we're in Paris. A little hostel with clanking pipes and internet access for 15 minutes at a time. I'm like a heroin addict living in a methadone clinic - I spend my nights shaking a sweating for LJ.
Yesterday we walked for miles and miles and saw the Place de la Concorde about fifty times, and the correct bus stop for our tour bus precisely once. We had hot chocolate by Notre Dame and saw the lights of Maxim's by night.
More soon, I have only 1:55 left of internet time and we must away to the Eiffel Tower.
Haven't really had time to read my friends list properly, so sorry if I'm ignoring anything important. It's not intentional.
Now I'm going to Verifier l'orthographe and then Mise a jour du journal. According to the little clicky buttons below. And, yes, I know you can change them to English, but this way is more fun!
