As a happy day out I was supposed to go and pet a Boa Constrictor this afternoon, but the freudian analogy of it all broke my brain, so instead I'm trying to write fic. Without much success, as you can see from these wallpapers I made, and now offer to you.

Wow. How do you manage to get John looking like he's right out of a Dutch Masters paining in that bottom one? I know part of it is the intensity and the colour balance, but wow. All of these are gorgeous, but that one really strikes me.

Hee! The trick is a light blue layer set to colour burn. And if you mean the bottom left, it also has a pale brown layer set to multiply. I believe I nicked that off an icon tutorial somewhere!
